2. How do you vet your cleaners?
All cleaners are interviewed by the agency manager to ensure the suitability of the applicant.

3. Does the same cleaner visit each week?
Yes, the same cleaner visits you each week for as long as you are happy with your cleaner
and your cleaner is happy to clean for you. A replacement cleaner is only used if your
regular cleaner requests to leave your work, leaves the agency, or you become dissatisfied
with them.
4. How is the cleaner paid?
You pay the agency fee by Standing Order and your cleaner is paid in cash on the day
they clean for you.
5. Who specifies the day the cleaner visits?
You do. The agency makes every effort to meet the requirements of our clients.
Most clients specify the day of the clean. If your request cannot be met you will be
told about the nearest alternative option.
6. When the cleaner visits do I need to be in?
No, your cleaner can hold a key. Alternatively, you could arrange access for your cleaner.
7. What is the minimum number of hours per cleaning visit?
You need to book at least 3 hours per week. Due to the demand for our regular
weekly cleaning service we do not cater for one-off cleaning work.
8. Do you provide transport for the cleaner?
No. Cleaners use public transport or their own means of transport.
9. Who provides the cleaning products and equipment?
You provide the cleaning products and equipment. You instruct your cleaner and determine
the cleaning routines each week using a checklist.
10.Can I pay your agency by cheque each month rather than standing order?
Standing Order Mandate is the only method of payment the agency accept, to make
exceptions will create administration problems.
